世界卫生组织(WHO),中华人民共和国卫生部和北京市食品安全委员会在2008年北京奥运会召开之际,于3月10日联合发起食品安全,健康饮食和适当身体活动的健康三要素活动。
健康三要素即:食品安全五大要点,健康饮食五大要点和适当身体活动五大要点。健康三要素用简洁的语言描述了保证个人健康的途径:即食品安全,健康饮食和适当身体活动。
健康三要素活动未来将推广到整个中国及全世界。

Launch of The 3 Fives campaign for the Olympic Games
The World Health Organization (WHO) together with the Chinese authorities introduced on 10th of March a new health promotion campaign on health benefits of food safety, healthy diets and appropriate physical activities in connection to the 2008 Beijing Olympics Games.
'The 3 Fives': Five Keys to Safer Food, Five Keys to a Healthy Diet, Five Keys to Appropriate Physical Activity, primarily provides simple messages on what to consume to stay healthy, how to prepare food safely, and how to keep moving to stay in good shape.
'The 3 Fives' campaign will be further promoted to the rest of China and to the rest of the world before and after the Games in August.
